HOW TO REGISTER
Registration is OPEN! We encourage units to register early. Treks can fill up quickly!
Step 1: Contact us to see if your preferred trek is possible during your preferred dates. Email Rory Fencl at ReservationDirector@makajawan.com and HighAdventure@makajawan.com. Once approved, you will receive the trek form with instructions.
Step 2: Once we receive your completed form and your trek is approved, your Trek contact person will receive a link and password to register along with other instructions and information.

Licenses and permits
Gear shakedown at MSR
Camping in Wabaningo before and after the trek
Food before and after the trek
Food, equipment, and supplies during the trek
Camping fees, vehicle passes, and other related fees as needed during the trek
Transportation of gear and supplies from MSR to the starting point of your trek and back. Transportation of participants may have additional fees—this is dependent on your trek and will be discussed with you prior to any charges.
Refund Policy
Participant deposits are non-refundable. Part or all of the remaining payment may be forfeited, depending upon the circumstances and date of the cancellation, but no refunds will be given if registration is canceled less than 30 days before the trek except in the case of a verifiable medical emergency.
